Herbes de Provence blends can usually be found in most groceries or gourmet stores.

To make your own, mix together these dried herbs: 2 table-spoons basil, 2 tablespoons thyme, 1 tablespoon savory, 2 teaspoons rose-mary, 1 teaspoon tarragon, 1 teaspoon lavender, 1 teaspoon fennel. Store in airtight container.
