are available whole and dried, or as a dull yellow powder, ground from the roasted
seeds. Dried
seeds should be lightly roasted before using (dont overdo, they will become

Curry Powder and Sambhar Powder are the two spice blends that contain Fenu-greek.
There are a few other blends that utilize Fenugreek such as Turkish Cemen, (fenugreek,
garlic, and chiles). Used alone it will retard the flavors of food. |
