Available in dried whole seeds or ground. Store in cool, dry, dark place away from heat, light and moisture. Seeds will stay fresh for two years.

Ground cumin will stay flavorful for 6 months. Ground cumin is stronger than whole seeds.

Add to chicken, turkey, lamb, and pork. Or to chili, spicy meat stews, barbecue marinades, and sauces.
