These great little onions have long, green, delicate, thin stalks and small white slender bulbs. They can be eaten raw and used in green salads or creamy salads like potato salads, pasta salads or to top a baked potato.

However, they can be used in most any cooked dish where you want a delicate onion flavor. You can grill them or sauté them as well as use them as a garnish to top chili or delicate Oriental broth based soups.
