Picante Chicken
Serve with hot white rice.

Servings: 6

• 1 1/2 cups picante sauce (mild, medium or hot depending on taste)
• 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, packed
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 ounces each)

Mix together picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Place chicken in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Pour picante mixture over chicken.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve with hot rice if desired.
