Place pork chops in glass baking dish and pour soy sauce over pork. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate. Meanwhile, heat grill. As grill heats, combine all salsa ingredients and toss. Let stand at room temperature to let flavors mingle. Discard marinade and place pork chops on grill over medium-high heat. Grill 4 to 6 inches from coals if using a charcoal grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until pork is not longer pink in center, turning once. Serve with peach salsa. Per Serving: 220 Calories
