|
• 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 6 - 5 1/2 ounce boneless pork loin chops about 2 pounds
Combine the ingredients in a large zip lock plastic bag, a shallow bowl, or a baking dish.
Add 2 pounds of pork chops and refrigerate, covered, at least 20 minutes and up to overnight. Turn the food occasionally so all surfaces are exposed to the marinade. |
 |
Before cooking, remove the chops from the container and shake off the excess liquid. Discard marinade.
Cook on a lightly oiled grill to the desired doneness.
