Garlicy Basil Chicken
Serve with a Green Salad

Serves 8

• 1 cup fresh basil leaves
• 6 garlic cloves
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 3/4 teaspoon pepper
• 8 - 6 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Pulse basil, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper in a food processor until roughly chopped.

Pound chicken breasts to even thickness (about 1/2 inch thick).

Rub mixture all over chicken.

Grill chicken on inside or outside grill until juices run clear. Transfer chicken to a platter, tent with foil, and let rest 5 minutes.
