Combine sesame seeds, garlic, red pepper and ginger and stir well. Add soy, honey and sherry. Place chicken in shallow baking dish and pour mixture over it to marinate. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Remove chicken; reserve marinade. Bake chicken at 325° for 15 minutes, basting with marinade. Turn and bake 10 more minutes, than broil each side 2 to 3 minutes (6 inches from heat) or until done. Sauté green pepper in skillet lightly sprayed with cooking oil spray. Serve chicken with pepper and lemon garnish over hot cooked rice.
