2 - 3 ounce packages orange gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 - 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1 - 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup fat-free whipped topping
Mint

In a large bowl, dissolve
gelatin in boiling water. Add the sherbet and stir until melted. Add the
remaining ingredients except mint leaves and stir well.
Spoon into dessert
glasses and refrigerate until firm. Garnish with sprigs of mint leaves.
