Lettuce and Tomato Salad
2 cups mesclun,
rinsed and torn In a salad bowl, combine the mesclun, romaine, bibb or leaf lettuce and tomatoes. Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, cheese, garlic lime juice, chicken broth and salt and pepper.
