Hearts of Romaine Caesar Salad

cup grated Parmesan or Parmesan/Romano cheese Combine dressing ingredients (everything but the croutons and lettuce) in a small mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and completely mixed. Just before serving combine the croutons and lettuce in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss. COOKS NOTE: Do not toss until ready to serve.
