Fresh Fruity Salad
A deliciously different kind of fruit salad

2 medium nectarines, pitted & sliced
2 medium plums, pitted & sliced
1 - 1/2 cups cantaloupe balls or chunks
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
2 large lemons
1 - 1/2 cups watermelon balls or chunks
1 cup green grapes
1 peeled kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup lime
juice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cups sugar

Combine lime juice,
water and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add nectarines and plums.
Toss.
Combine remaining
fruits, then add nectarine, plum and sugar mixture. Toss gently. Cover
and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Gently drain fruit
with a slotted spoon and serve on lettuce leaves or in dessert dishes.
