Cauliflower Casserole
Just toss together and bake!

Cooking oil
spray
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
3 cups chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped sweet
onions
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon
juice
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic,
minced
1/4 cup chopped chives
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray baking dish with cooking oil spray.
Mix all ingredients
and spread in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring twice.
Garnish with chives
and serve warm.
