Tartar Sauce
The capers make this special!
2 tablespoons
chopped sweet pickle
1 tablespoons chopped capers
1 tablespoon chopped green olives
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Fresh ground white pepper to taste
Mix pickle, capers,
olives and chives with mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper and chill before
serving.
