Raspberry Yogurt Salad Dressing
A fresh and fruity creamy salad dressing that is excellent on fruit
salads.

Makes 1.5
cups (6 servings)

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or raspberry vinegar
2 teaspoons white sugar
In a blender, combine the yogurt, raspberries, vinegar and sugar. Blend
until smooth and refrigerate until chilled.
