Cucumber Dressing
Changes
a simple salad to a special salad.

2/3 cup fat-free buttermilk
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 cup peeled, seeded, and finely chopped cucumber
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced fresh chives

Blot excess moisture
from chopped cucumbers. Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix
well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
