• 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon English mustard (like Colemans)
• 1 pinch kosher salt
Combine buttermilk, honey, vinegar, mustard and salt incruet. Secure lid and shake until well combined.
Will keep in refrigerator for 2 days.
