Buttermilk Dressing
Great on salads or as a vegetable dip.

1/2 cup nonfat buttermilk
1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic,
pressed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2/3 cup fat-free sour cream
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons sugar

Place in blender and
blend until smooth. Refrigerate, covered overnight to let flavors blend.
