Grilled Pineapple Chicken Sandwiches
Grilled pineapple slices and red pepper make special.
1 (8 ounce)
can sliced pineapple in juice
1 tablespoon honey mustard
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced in rings
2 multi-grain hamburger buns, split
Grill or broil the chicken breasts and pineapple slices, brushing occasionally
with honey mustard. Serve the chicken on multi-grain sandwich rolls, topped
with pineapple slices and red bell pepper rings.
