Mediterranean Chicken Sandwiches
Extremely tasty sandwiches!
2 - 4 ounce
chicken breasts, grilled
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 Kaiser buns
4 slices of tomato
2 slices red onion
2 tablespoons feta cheese
2 large green leaf lettuce leaves
1 tablespoon sliced black olives
Grill the chicken,
cool until you can thinly slice. Mix together mayonnaise and minced garlic.
Spread on both sides of the cut bread.
Add the sliced chicken, tomatoes, onions, feta, lettuce and olives to
one side of the bread. Top with other slice.
