| Ground Turkey Tacos 
 Taco Seasoning:  1 pound 93/7 lean ground turkey  Toppings: shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced jalapeno, avocado, shredded reduced fat cheese, low fat sour cream, salsa, fresh cilantro Combine all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and blend well. Cook meat, onion, garlic and cilantro stirring often til meat is no longer pink. Drain fats and liquid. Add seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water to meat mixture and stir to blend. Simmer until liquid has evaporated. Serve with heated corn tortillas or taco shells. Serve with desired toppings.
