Deli Turkey Sandwich
Spicy and bursting with flavor.
2 tablespoon
plain low-fat yogurt
4 teaspoons horseradish mustard
4 slices multigrain bread, toasted
2 Lettuce leaves
6 ounces sliced cooked fat-free turkey breast
4 slices tomato
2 thin slice of sweet yellow pepper
2 thin slices of vidalia sweet onion
Toast bread. Stir together the yogurt and mustard. Spread onto the 4 bread
slices. Top with lettuce, turkey, tomato, sweet pepper, and onion.
