        can black beans, drained and rinsed Combine all ingredients except lettuce and flour tortillas. Spoon 1/4 of bean mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla. Top each with 1/4 cup of lettuce. Fold Bottom of tortillas up. Then fold sides toward center, overlapping slightly. Secure with tuoothpicks. Serve immediately. Per Serving: 260 Calories;
