bell peppers are known for their thick walls and extremely
sweet flavor. Bell peppers are delicious eaten fresh
in green and pasta salads, and make a wonderful addition

Roasted Bell Peppers: Remove the tops and
seeds. Roast the peppers in a 500 °F (260
°C) oven until the skin turns black and
begins to blister. Remove and place in a paper
bag. The steam will soften the skin so when
cool it will slide off easily. |
