Roasted Garlic Chicken
If you try this you will make this part of your "standard" low fat menu items.

Servings: 4

• Cooking oil spray
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 teaspoons brown sugar
• 4 medium boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Heat oven to 500 degrees F. Line a shallow roasting pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium low heat until hot. Add garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until well mixed.

Place chicken breast halves in prepared pan. Spread garlic mixture evenly over chicken.

Bake at 500 degrees F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Chicken should be a nice golden brown. The hot temperature carmelizes the sugar and garlic for terrific flavor!
