4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 - 26 ounce jar prepared spaghetti sauce
1 medium eggplant, peeled and chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 small zucchini, sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, cut in 1 inch chunks
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients
in a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crock pot. Mix well.
Cover and cook on
the low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
