Green Beans with Tarragon
1 pound fresh
tender young green beans, ends removed Wash and remove ends from green beans. Bring 1 cup of water to boil in large sauce pan. Add beans and cook for 6 to 7 minutes until tender but crisp. While beans are cooking, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl, blending well. Drain cooked green
