1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 bunch of cilantro
Juice of one lime
Salt to taste
Place garlic and cilantro
into a food processor and chop into semi-coarse pieces. Add yogurt, lime
juice, chili powder and black pepper and blend. Adjust taste by adding
salt. Chill. Serve with grilled turkey burgers, grilled chicken or grilled
vegetable sandwiches.
