1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
4 tablespoons skim milk
2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground
white pepper
2 small cloves garlic,
finely minced
Place vinegar, milk,
cottage cheese and 1/2 of blue cheese in blender and process until creamy.
Remove and add remaining blue cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate until
serving time.
