Honey Lime Fruit Salad
1 - 20 ounce
can pineapple chunks, in juice, drained Combine pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, banana, kiwi fruit and strawberries in bowl. Stir together reserved juice, lime peel, lime juice and honey. Pour over salad; toss to coat. COOKS NOTE: You may stubstitute green seedless grapes for the kiwi or any of the above fruit if not in season.
