Pasta with Greens
2 teaspoon
olive oil In a large non stick skillet heat oil. Add garlic and cook over meduim heat, stirring frequenty, until just softened. Add spinach, cooking and tossing gently until wilted, 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle spinach with lemon juice, then add cooked warm pasta. Cook, tossing mixture, until heated through, 1-2 minutes. Serve in individual pasta bowls and garnish with cherry tomato halves.
