Chile Rellenos Casserole
Spray 12 x 7.5 x 2 inch casserole dish with cooking oil spray. Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain green chilies and layer on bottom of dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix egg substitute, milk and biscuit mix with whisk until smooth. Stir in cottage cheese. Spoon mixture over cheese and chilies. Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
