Soy Honey Chicken Skewers
Serve with a green salad

Serves 3

• 3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• Juice of one lime
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1-2 teaspoon Siracha hot sauce
• Red pepper flakes, to taste
• 2 tablespoon minced cilantro
• 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/4 inch cubes

In a small bowl, combine your ingredients, through the cilantro. Mix thoroughly.

Pour marinade over chicken breasts cubes and turn to coat. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.

If you're using bamboo skewers, soak your sticks in water for at least 5 minutes. Skewer chicken on sticks.
