Seasoned Grilled Tilapia
Serve with anything but I like with green beans and new potatoes

Serves 4

2 pounds fresh tilapia fillets
1 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Aioli:
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise (we used Hellmann's®)
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 1/4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 1/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed

Preheat grill.

Spread oil on both sides of filets. Sprinkle with seasoning. Place on hot grill pan (indoor or outdoor) and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes over a medium high heat. Turn once during grilling.

Serve with Aioli.

Prepare aioli by combining all ingredients in a bowl, mixing and then refrigerate until you are ready for use.
