Hawaiian Chicken Marinade
Serve with a Green Salad

Serves: 6

1 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup brown sugar , packed
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 pounds chicken tenderloins or thin chicken cutlets

In a medium sauce pans heat the juice, brown sugar and soy sauce. Remove from heat just before it boils. Let it cool a 5 to 10 minutes.

Place chicken in a bowl and cover or a ziplock bag and marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Remove chicken for marinade and cook.
