Ginger Sesame Pork Chop Marinade
Serve with a Green Salad

Serves 6

• 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 scallions, thinly sliced
• 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
• 6 - 5 1/2 ounce boneless pork loin chops about 2 pounds

Combine the ingredients in a large zip lock plastic bag, a shallow bowl, or a baking dish.

Add 2 pounds of pork chops and refrigerate, covered, at least 20 minutes and up to overnight. Turn the food occasionally so all surfaces are exposed to the marinade.

Before cooking, remove the chops from the container and shake off the excess liquid. Discard marinade.

Cook on a lightly oiled grill to the desired doneness.
