4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted at room temperature 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 2 cups granulated sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla 1 cup fat-free egg substitute 2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 cup powdered sugar Cooking Oil Spray Mix chocolate, applesauce, granulated sugar and vanilla in bowl. Slowly add egg substitute, stirring after each addition. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking oil spray. Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
