Overnight Shrimp Dip
9 cups water Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well; rinse with cold water. Chill. Peel and devein shrimp; chop. Set aside. Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, mayonnaise. Worchestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in the shirmp and onion; cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Serve with assorted low-fat crackers or toasted mini bagel chips. Per Serving: 108 Calories;
